Pensive Woman Thinking

Anxious? Stressed? Stuck? Overwhelmed?

Wondering why life is feeling so hard?

Being a young person brings enormous change. You could be navigating school, university, growing independence, changing responsibilities, relationships, work and any number of other challenges! It's a lot!

And it's all happening while you are discovering who you are

and what kind of life you want to create.

It's an exciting time but it can also be scary and exhausting!

You don't have to figure it all out by yourself!

I offer a calm and supportive space where we can work together to

help you better understand yourself and others, and where you

can gain greater confidence and clarity as you overcome challenges

and build a life that you love.

Ways we Might Work Together

Most of my work is offered through Telehealth, meaning appointments are accessible in all kinds of circumstances.
For clients who prefer face-to-face support I offer a limited number of in-person appointments in Brighton, Adelaide.

Telehealth
Australia Wide

If you are time poor, living in a rural location, or simply prefer the privacy of online appointments, telehealth is a great option for accessing support from the comfort of your own home. We will use secure and confidential video calling through Zoom. Convenient support that fits your lifestyle.

In-Person
Brighton

In-person appointments are available in Brighton, South Australia. This option offers a private, welcoming space to connect and work together in a more personal setting. There is easy access to convenient parking but appointment availability is limited, so early booking is recommended.

Meet Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline

When I’m not working, you’ll find me breathing in the ocean with my beautiful furry friend, Rosie, or wandering through a local park watching the wildlife and soaking in the beauty of nature.

I love a quiet morning with a cup of coffee at my local café, connecting with family and friends over a meal, and listening to music that feeds my soul.

I try to see the beauty and possibility in each new day and find joy in the small moments of love and laughter. I smile easily and often and feel privileged to be able to walk alongside others as they create their own rich and meaningful lives.
